Messages is 3rd largest in Storage but can’t be found on Home Screen or any list (even list below Storage). Tried turning off. Tried loading 15.3.1Tried swiping past last Home Screen. Tried swiping down to search all apps. Nothing!

The App Store and Message apps are not apps that can be deleted but they can be removed from the home screen. Go to the App Library (swipe left past your last home screen). From there you can touch and hold an app and slide it left back to the home screen.
Another reason for the App Store not being visible is due to a restriction on purchasing. Go to Settings and tap Screen Time, tap Content & Privacy Restrictions, tap iTunes & App Store Purchases, choose a setting and set to Allow. There isn't any way to delete the Messages app. If it isn't in the App Library (swipe left past the last home screen) as discussed in my original post, contact Apple Support -- there is a Get Support link at the top right of this page.
