Facetime calls with Android no video or audio...

hi, I am having facetime call with a friend who is on Android. When i send the facetime meeting link the call connects but i am unable hear or see video of the Android side. Android user is able hear and see my video. iPhone is updated to latest iOS and Android phone is also on latest patch. Android phone we have tried it Edge & Chrome same issue. Only if we remove and reinstall Edge it works once, then second time onwards it doesn't work. Restarting Android phone doesn't help have tried in different internet connection still same issue. Any feedback or solution will be of much help. Thanks
