Apple ID

Someone changed my password on my Apple ID but luckily I was able to change it cause I had my Face ID programmed into my phone how do I find out who changed my Apple ID password

Apple ID password Where can I find my Apple ID since I use Face ID for everything I forgot it but don’t want to reset it. if the only option is to reset it, I’m just going to save the new password somewhere anyway so I don’t forget it again, since Apple promotes Face ID which in turn causes me to never need my Apple ID password, until I need it for some reason on my Apple TV to confirm an app because the device confirmation doesn’t work , because my phone remote usually doesn’t connect to my Apple TV and tells me to make sure they are on the same network which they are……then I have to reset my Apple ID anyway because i cannot remember it…..but ya. Password I want to change my Apple ID password because I forgot the old one, but in order to change it I have to put in the last password, which is wrong. I have face recognition for my phone, but not for Apple TV.
