My iPhone has problems swiping the screen up and down or sideways on the widget screen left of the home screen

I just got my new iPhone 13 Pro about a week ago. But I found the phone not moving in the direction as I intended when swipe left to right or up and down. As of right now, I only see this problem on the widget screen(the page on the very left) and it happens intermittenly. Though it is a minor issue, it is still a bit frustrating. I hope this is a simple software issue.

iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15

Use widgets on your iPhone and iPod touch

  1. From the Home Screen, touch and hold a widget or an empty area until the apps jiggle.
  2. Tap the Add button. in the upper-left corner.
  3. Select a widget, choose from three widget sizes, then tap Add Widget.
  4. Tap Done.
