Image Zoomed When Saved as Wallpaper

Has anyone solved this problem and yes my iOS is updated to the latest update.

i even turned the zoom off and it’s still zooming the image in quite substantially so much to where I cannot even find an image, save it and use it as a wallpaper bc the image is just unusable.
