Whenever I create a WhatsApp group it’s gets duplicated. I seeing same 2 groups in my what’s app screen . What to do

Duplicate Chat and Members in Group Chat - Whatsapp Since recently, every time I create a group chat on Whatsapp, every member including myself get duplicated once people start chatting. That means I have two of the same chat appearing. And when I try to delete one of the two, the two get deleted; either member or chat. It feels like it happened after the recent IOS update 15.3.1 I can see that some people have experienced the same issue, but I cannot find a solution.

Duplicate group members in WhatsApp Hello. I see that this question was created 6 years ago, with no solution. I am hoping there is now an answer: On my iPhone 12, all the members of new groups that I create are appearing twice. For instance, a group with 5 members shows "10 participants" and has each on there twice. If I delete a duplicate, it appears that it is resolved and the person is in the group; but it actually completely removes the person from the group on the telephones of the other participants. Any ideas how to fix this? Thanks!
