iphone 7 no service

Hi

I purchased an iPhone 7 in 2016/11/09 from china

A1660

I use it with no problem for 6 years until now

last week my iPhone start showing me "no service" in status bar

I hard reset it

setting network reset

airplane mode

sim card out and in

I tried everything but it keep happening

apple says u can bring iPhone 7 and get the new one this is the link

I'm in Dubai i can't travel to china

so based on my purchase date

and my location of purchased

can i replace my broken iPhone 7 with new one in Dubai store ?
