How to delete an app from your purchases

There is an app that I keep re downloading and deleting and I feel guilty about it because my parents wouldnt want me to have more games than I already have. Is there any way I can fully delete an app from my purchases so I cant redownload it? Whenever I click download, it just downloads, my question is, can I make it so that the app asks for permission to re download or something so I cant re download it?
