Gifs won't load on iPhone (#images) after update

Anyone else having issues with Gif’s (#images) loading? Can’t add to messages from iPhone or iPad since last update to 15.3.1.

I reported the issue to Apple and today inexplicably it is working again.

So it is now working! Didn’t do anything. Just is working now. Didn’t for 5 days.
