Hi Alexler22,

Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. Being able to use your AirPods Pro microphone is definitely important, and we're here to help. We understand callers are unable to hear you clearly.

Does this happen on standard phone calls, FaceTime, or both?

As a start, try tapping Settings > Bluetooth, and then tap the "i" next to your AirPods. What do you have selected in the Microphone section? We recommend testing by setting it to Left and seeing how it works, and then setting it to Right and testing that as well. Let us know if there's a difference.

Kind regards.
