Siri voice missing from settings menu

I have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. After a recent update the maps voice changed to an awful male voice. In researching how to change it apple says to go through Siri and search and siri language and Siri voice. All of these options are missing on my Siri and search settings menu. Which you can see in this screenshot. I even tried the search bar in settings which shows Siri voice but just leads to this screen when selecting. How do I change the maps voice?!
