Apple Music

Hello Apple community. I was trying to get the official mail but I could not. In January, when the due date of my Apple Music payment was reached, I was deducted twice and I would like for this problem to be addressed immediately. I have no intention of paying for this month again when the monies have already been taken twice in the previous month . Thank you.
