I cannot access my account from iTunes
When I open iTunes and ask to view my account it will not take my password. The password works for everything else including purchases through iTunes. On my iPhone 13 I can open Subscriptions but not Media and Purchases. The later requires my password and just like the computer every time I enter it it says it does not recognize it. I end up in a never ending loop. I called Apple Support and 2 hours later and numerous password changes and shutting down everything and rebooting and they too could not fix the issue. Help!
