Apple TV

My Apple TV is constantly stopping to buffer. It is unable to play for more than four or five minutes before I get the pinwheel. This happens across all my apps (Hulu, Disney+, Netflix and (possibly) Amazon Prime Video. It seems that this is a longstanding and fairly common, highly frustrating issue. There does not seem to be any clear cut solution besides various degrees of "reset," or checking internet speeds. Meanwhile, I hear my Roku going nonstop in the other room without pause. It never fails. Ever.

Buffering issues across all apps would point to the network connection.

As interference can be verify local, avoid closeby metal structures and shielding, and high power devices and cabling. Its effects can be different by as little as a few feet.

Verify for neighboring Wi-Fi networks that might interfere on overlapping channels. Its effects can be different from room to room.
