Shortcuts Make PDF.

I made a macro using Make PDF. After I click on it, it seems to run ok but it does not show me where the created PDF file is located?

Right click on the file's icon while holding down the 'Option' Key > choose 'Quick Actions' > choose 'Make PDF.' I find this so convenient that I'd like to make a keyboard macro to do it. Can someone point me to instructions for making macros on Catalina? Many thanks.

Why can't I create a PDF using Quick Actions? When I select two .HEIC files to either convert them to an acceptable image format like a JPEG or PNG, or in this case, combine them to make a PDF, I get an error, "There was a problem running this action". Was working fine until this week. I use it to submit assignments to college, it's a pain to find a file conversion website every time.

Quick Actions - Create a PDF no longer working For months, I could easily select one or multiple jpg files, go to quick actions, click 'create PDF' and it would instantly create it. After the latest update, (about a week ago) I can not longer do this. It simple sends me a message saying "There was a problem running this action." Is anyone else experiencing this ? Is there a way to get it back, perhaps adjust something in the settings? PS: I am certain the files I am using are .jpg files.

Find Any File...

http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/index.php

Hold Option or alt key when selecting Find to Find All.

You can search for...

Name>Ends in> .PDF

Last Modified> Last hour

Or whatever, path will show at bottom of Results window when you highlight it.
