Microsoft Remote Desktop has nothing to do with Apple's ARDAgent. The Agent is for the client ARD (Apple Remote Desktop) daemon that is part of macOS. At a client level it allows Macintosh computers to remotely connect and control each other.
ARD Server (which is what this forum is mainly intended for) is the fully fledged app that is used to control, maintain and serve a fleet of Macintosh computers primarily in an enterprise/educational environment network.
Your question would be better served on Mircrosoft's RDP forum here:
https://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsserver/en-US/home?forum=winRDc
More information on Microsoft's RDP here:
Good luck.

Hello, If you want to connect to a remote computer You can use the terminal command: ssh
ssh user_name@computer_name
(computer_name can be an ip address)
Just an example:
ssh mary@as-df.zxc
