Hi Eightydo,

Welcome to the Apple Community.

Wondering which iOS version is installed on your iPad.

Says iOS12 under your question, yet the feature you have displayed is a more recent feature.

Apple support have an article (link below) online that may help:

About App Privacy Report - Apple Support

Says

"You can turn off App Privacy Report at any time in Settings > Privacy > App Privacy Report.

NB: Doing so will also clear the report data from your device."

If you want to check on the Privacy settings:

Control app tracking permissions on iPad – Apple Support

Says:

Review or change an app’s permission to track you

Go to Settings  > Privacy > Tracking.

The list shows the apps that requested permission to track you.

You can turn permission on or off for any app on the list.

To stop all apps from asking permission to track you,

turn off Allow Apps to Request to Track (at the top of the screen).

For more information about app tracking, tap "Learn More" near the top of the screen.

Hope this helps !

All the best :-)

To get rid of the annoying pages along the base of screen on iPad:

open safari.

Press the four box icon top right of screen. Select ‘merge all windows’.

Close and reopen safari. If you have tabs visible under the address bar close each one by hitting the x.

Close and reopen safari.

Drag each of the pages and the bottom of the screen up. They disappear. 2 may not be draggable.

Close and reopen safari. The pages at the bottom should be gone. Hopefully for ever.

(I don’t know what’s going on here but it’s worked for me..)
