Garageband 10.2/appearance

any way to change the appearance/contrast in 10.2? grey on grey? there isnt enough distinction between a highlighted track and a non-highlighted one-im always squinting at the **** thing-i finally updated and 10.2 seemed like it had the best balance of features, but im crawling through it and complaining about just about everything...especially-how to remove the annoyong "double-image" that appears adjacent to tracks being moved-it takes twice as long to do anything because im just trying to line up a four-bar part at the begining of a measure-is there a command to defeat this-drives me crazy! any help appreciated!
