iPhone 13 goes straight to camera when I swipe right. How can I change this?

how Do I change camera so that it doesn’t come on as soon as I swipe right?

On the Lock Screen, you cannot. It's the default action, and no way to change it. Wait until you are on a home page before swiping right.
