You caccess the google account with the same username/password. I'm sorry but I'm not sure what else there is. What specific issues are you having?

If you have Google Drive on your Mac and Google Drive on your PC and both are logged into the same account, the should be synced. If not, then it sounds more like a question for the Google forums.
