Seems I trialled an app, just got a message about the subscription renewing and I cannot fins any evidence of the subscription in my current appleID or any previous ones from old phones.
How do I stop this renewal happening?

If you have spoken to Apple Support and they cannot help you then there is nothing anyone here will be able to do as we do not have access to your account or accounts.

I have tried all the support online. this subscription is not showing on my phone to be cancelled. But, is showing as active in the app.

FYI, I had to reactivate my old phone and ID to find the subscription and cancel. all done
