How permanently save edited photos?
When you edited a photo using Photo app you can revert the change anytime later. Is there anyway to save the changes permanently?

Save the edited versions to the Files.app, then import it again from Files. It will be a new photo with the edits burned in.
But I would save the original, just in case you do not like the edits later or want to improve on them after installing a different external editor.
During the last years I have changed the adjustments on many of my older photos, once the photo editors have become better.
