App Store Download Function Failure

🆘I have checked that I successfully connected WIFI and signed in my Apple ID before I chose an app to download. After I clicked the app's icon of downloading （I tried with different apps），it just turned around for seconds，but nothing happened. Meanwhile no error reporting was given.

Does anyone meet similar problem？？

ry booting to Safe Mode. That boot up takes minutes and clears caches and other things that may resolve your problem.

How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support

A lot of times just boot to Safe Mode followed by normal boot resolves problems.

A few basic things to try:

If you can connect via Ethernet cable then do so
If you have a VPN running, shut it down
Shut down all running apps
If you have any anti-virus or cleanup apps, uninstall them
Try downloading your app from the Store
If the problem persists shut the computer down and start up in Safe Mode and try downloading again.
