Onedrive location changed from "Location" to Folder?

Hello, I have notice one thing. On my previous MacBook, my OneDrive was located under the tab "Locations" acting as a separate disk. On my MacBook Air M1 that I am currently using, the OneDrive folder has changed to a folder on my local computer. Am I missing something or was that changed?

I have the same question. The location of my onedrive folder has changed in my macbook a week ago. This brought other issues as well. I have severe synching problems. Many of the files do not sync automatically and cannot be opened from the macbook when they are clicked. Although I right-click those items and choose "Always keep on this device", it does not work, i.e., they are not downloaded to my hard drive. If I delete them, they are deleted in the cloud and can't be retrieved from the Trash in my macbook. Is this a mac Monterey update issue or a onedrive update issue, I need urgent help please.
