"iCloud storage is full." notification on Finder on Mac

Even though I have 34.91GB available, the Finder shows "iCloud storage is full" notification. How can I get rid of it, or update the correct storage capacity?

Hi blabidu, We appreciate you reaching out to us. We understand that Finder shows that an "iCloud is full" notification even though you still have 34.9 GB of available storage.

We’d like to gather additional details that may help us be in a better position to assist you.

Do you have a different Apple device that is signed in to the same Apple ID? If yes, are you experiencing a similar issue with your other device?
