Camera quality

I just got the 9th gen iPad and compared to my older iPad the front facing camera is much worse as it is more fuzzy and pixelated. Why is this?

We can't diagnose that kind of issue remotely, sorry.

If you already followed (to no avail) all the steps provided in this support article:--> If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working - Apple Support, since your iPad is still covered by warranty, I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.

Regards

Giulio
