Editing the Job Title field in Contacts

One of my contacts has a new job and I want to update this info in his contact card but I'm not able to. The field highlights but the cursor won't work. Am I doing something wrong? I'm using a 2016 MacBook Pro and Monterey 12.2.1. Thanks in advance!

Hello Robinwow,

We understand you're attempting to update a contact. We recommend trying to update another contact to see if the behavior persists. If the issue is only with one contact then you may want to remake it, or check to see if it's synced from another service: Link contacts in Contacts on Mac

Regards.
