Difference between USB-C charging cable 1 and 2 meters

I have 2 usb-c to usb-c charging cables on my hands, 1 and 2 meters. The 1 meter cable (MM093ZM/A) has a thinner wire than the 2 meter cable (Macbook Air M1 bundled cable) and has a thinner white plastic casing. does this mean that a 2 meter cable can carry more power in watts? I need to charge my MacBook M1 with a 45w power supply, can I do it with a 1m cable? On the Apple website in the description of the 1 meter cable it is indicated that it is recommended for the iPad and a 20w power supply, but it also indicates compatibility with the MacBook, but does not indicate the maximum power that the cable can transmit. The description of the 2 meter cable states that it is recommended for MacBook. I'm a little worried because I bought a shorter cable for a comfortable length and I didn't know it was thinner than the 2m cable until I unpacked it.
