How do I get out of the Authenticator verification code
iPhone 12
What does “get out of” mean?
If you’re asked for a code to continue something, you can’t simply decide “This doesn’t apply to me.”
If you mean something else, please describe exactly what you’ve done, what you’ve been asked to do, by what application, etc.

See especially the next-to-last question near the bottom here.
Two-factor authentication for Apple ID - Apple Support
I am guessing you’re asking about two-factor authentication. You haven’t really spelled it out, so maybe I’m wrong.
I want to stop using the authentication app. I don’t understand how to use it. I wish I never started it. I honestly didn’t understand what it was. I can’t get into some apps that are asking for a code. I don’t know how to get a code.
Read the article I linked above. Of course, you haven’t told us your exact scenario, so we don’t know how to apply the various ways it might be used to your particular issue. But the article explains a whole lot.
I don’t know how to use it. I don’t want to use it anymore. I want to delete it
Yes that’s what I’m talking about. I was always able to ask my son but he’s passed away & I don’t understand how I can delete the use of the Authenticator code
Sorry to learn about your son.
As the above reference states, unless you just established two-factor authentication (within the last fourteen days), it cannot be removed.
Ok. So how do I use it
