Hyperlinks are not working on Mail. They work on my IOS devices. This only started a couple of months ago.

try changing your default browser to Safari and compare your results...

Sorry. safari IS my default browser. I fail to understand how my browser is my Mail problem. I should note I’m not having a problem with the Links on my IOS devices, only on my MacBook.
