iPhone unresponsive glitching out

I’ve had the iPhone 11 since it’s release and out of no where it’s started to glitch out open apps becomes unresponsive or the screen starts to glitch and becomes unusable forcing me to force restart the phone even then it’ll continue to keep doing this I haven’t dropped it or damaged the phone recently so I don’t know how or why this is happening?

The Screen is Failing:

From what you have reported, your screen is apparently failing. So, It is time for a new screen. As for the failure, there may be no way to determine the cause. Screens are screens -- they can fail.

Apple Contact Us:

  • Contact Us - Choose Locations - Apple
  • Proceed from there as Necessary
  • NOTE: Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic, calls are taking a bit longer to get through. And, that makes sense, because many are at home working out-of-the-house or are taking classes over-the-web, this they have more time on their hands to contact Apple Support. So, it might take a bit to get through to Apple Support. But, just stay on the line, and someone will be with you :)

Contact an AASP:

Locate an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider)

  1. Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
  2. Click: Service & Support
  3. Enter: your location information
  4. See: if there is an AASP nearby
  5. Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the iPhone

The best thing to do is get a diagnostic. Most faults are logged somewhere and can be seen with a diagnostic.

I haven't seen it in an iPhone, but I have an iPad that's more than 4 years old and it's been dropped and/or shaken up several times. And now it does all sorts of things including glitching, then partially recovering. Sometimes eventually just restarting by itself, but at other times coming back with weird looking display (a little blurry around the edge) or partially glitching. But it's probably some sort of hardware fault. Is what you're seeing like that?
