how to backup a disabled iphone

my iphone 13 is disabled, i forgot my passcode. I want to know if i can backup my nerver before backed up phone even though it's disabled, is that possible? that way i can backup everything then erase my phone so basically new and then i put everything i backup back on to it. If i cant do that then, i lose everything :(

if possible how? because youtube and google aren't helping rn, i called apple support and she was like "ummm you can try" like??? what type of response is that?? yes or no and how pls and thank you
