Cochlear Connection to Apple Watch 7

I can connect my cochlear Nucleus 7 to my iPhone 11 Pro Max via the accessibility hearing devices menu

but I can’t connect to my new Apple Watch 7

it keeps just searching & there is no option for hearing devices in the Apple Watch menu.

but the Watch can tell that I’m listening to audio on my phone via my implant but I can’t connect directly which means I can’t use the fitness audio features.

Hi S_F_G,

Thanks for using Apple Support Communities. We understand you’re having trouble with pairing your Cochlear Nucleus 7 to your Apple Watch. We’re happy to provide some information.

According to the Cochlear website, that device model is not currently compatible with Apple Watches. You can read more here: Sound Processor and App Compatibility

We hope that helps.

Take care.
