Good day, I have been having issues with a specific company sending me emails. Their emails do not make it to neither my inbox nor junk mail. How can I clarify this?

I have asked the company several times and it is confirmed on their side that the emails have been sent but I have not received even one.


Please advice accordingly,

Contact your email provider to see if the sender's email address is on their spam filter that deletes the emails.
