Searching for open tabs across multiple windows in Safari (On Mac desktop)

Dear community,

I often have multiple windows open and within those windows multiple tabs. I know one can see quickly which windows are open and get a list just by right-clicking the safari icon and one can view all the tabs that are currently open. However what if I want to find a particular open tab I have open across all these windows and just jump to it. e.g I've opened Linkedin in a tab and I wish to somehow search that term and simply jump to that open tab. Is that possible? How can one do that?
