After about a week well into February I suddenly noticed the February challenge had disappeared. I have an Apple Watch 5. My watch and iPhone (11 pro max) are updated with the latest software. I have read and tried the answers in previous questions with the same problem, but does not seem to work.

There is no way to add additional awards as some are region based. You could try unpairing and pairing the watch again to see if that helps in this case. You can learn how to do that here: Unpair and erase your Apple Watch

We see you are having an issue with one of the Activity badges on your device. It make take some times after completion before you see the achievement. If you aren't seeing the badge at all we would recommend restarting both devices to see if you get different results. We look forward to hearing back from you regarding your results.

I know about the completion part. I don’t see the badge at all and that is the issue. I saw it the first few days in February, but after a few days, when checking on my challenge for this month, it had disappeared. I have restarted both phone and watch. (I always turn off my watch at night) but to no avail.
