Echo when screen mirroring from my iPad to Sony TV or Apple TV

Echo when screen mirroring from my iPad to Sony TV or Apple TV. I have read responses that were created over 12 months ago proposing to solve this problem. You can stop the echo by turning your TV volume right down when talking yourself, but this doesn’t solve the problem because you then can’t hear what others are saying. If the sound came out of the iPad speakers then the noise canceling effect of the iPad microphone would work effectively. However when you screen mirror both picture and sound go to your TV and I cannot retain sound on the iPad. This is the problem I’m experiencing during zoom meetings. If someone could head me in the right direction I’d appreciate it.
