Ipad 9 being used in an AirBnB

Hi I want to use an IPAD 9 in my airbnb to enhance guest experience. I want them to be able to show welcome notes on Lock Screen and the guests access instructions for the stay, notes on what to do in the area, operate hive devices for heating, browse internet, check weather forecast, etc. I can't use guided access as this limits to one app. I have looked at hotel software but far too complicated. Any suggestions on how to do this or any apps that people can recommend would be greatly appreciated
