Please note that just now I live in Taiwan but I really need to have Russian keyboard layout in my IPad Pro. I am looking forward to hearing from you!

If you do not find the Russian keyboard in the Apple Taiwan store, you will have to travel to a country where they do sell it or buy from a non-Apple source. Apple stores do not sell outside their own country.
