On my new iPhone 13, when the pop up appears for me to enter my iPhone password it does not provide the keyboard for me to enter the password. What’s wrong?

If you are talking about the passcode to unlock the phone, no keyboard pops up unless you use a custom passcode with an Alphanumeric Code.
