Can I retrieve a voice recording that was on my cell phone that deleted after 30 days

I didn't realize that my phone setting was set to delete voice recordings after 30 days.

Can I retrieve those deleted voice recordings that were on my cell phone.

I have not been backing up my phone to my computer, but I was told that my phone is

automatically backing up.
