Error while adding payment method.

Hi there,

I'm using Macbook air, and I need to download some software from the app store. but it's not working. I tried to update the payment method in the "Apple ID" which is also not working. Tried different methods (UnionPay, debit master card of 2, 3 different accounts).

But no one is working. can anyone help me to fix this issue?

Payment Information Could Not Be Updated New to the Apple world and not off to a great start... Bought a MacBook Air and immediately updated the OS. Then went to the App Store to download applications I'll need and got a never-ending loop of me signing in and that I needed to "review" my account. Did some Googling and determined it was likely because I didn't have a payment associated with my account. So, I tried updated my payment method via Preferences and Safari/Manager My Apple ID and get the same message: Tried using 2 different credit cards and PayPal. None worked. My address information is added and correct. I don't understand what the issue is or how to overcome it. Oh, and it says contact apple support but when I go onto the Support page I can't create a ticket.

Payment authorisation failed on card during checkout Hi, I'm trying to get a new Macbook Air M1 with education pricing in Malaysia but every time I attempt to check out, I get hit with this message, "Your payment authorisation failed on card •••xxxx. Please verify your information and try again, or try another payment method." It is a Maybank debit card. I have already increased the purchase limit on my debit card. Is there a solution to this error?

This is something that you need to contact Apple directly Contact Apple for support and service - Apple Support.

We are just fellow users like yourself and if there is some issue with your AppleID or the cards you are attempting to use, you need to get it resolved directly as we cannot resolve such issues.
