Airpods Pro Left Bud Audio Issue

Whenever I connect my Airpods Pro to my iMac (Intel 2017) the left bud has no audio but the right bud is working as expected.

I tried resetting/forgetting Airpods and drained batteries of both buds, but the problem still persists.

I also restarted and shutdown my iMac multiple times, but to no avail.

Issues since 5B58 firmware update? Running the latest software on my iPhone 14 Pro and iPad Air 4. Ever since AirPods firmware 5B58 was released, my AirPods Pro (1st Gen, manufactured in 2021) have been nearly worthless. The right Airpod constantly disconnects and is very difficult to get to reconnect to either device. If I pause a show and then hit play later, I’m getting intermittent sounds, as though I am a long way away from the source Bluetooth signal and it’s cutting out (even though I’m within two feet). And I’m getting recurrent crackling sounds in certain circumstances. They were working perfectly until this week, but now super frustrating. Anyone else experiencing issues?

AirPod Pro 2nd generation Why does AirPod Pros 2nd generation connect to LG OLED TV but immediately stop sound? I had 1st generation ones connected successfully and followed all of the suggested tips to connect the 2nd generation ones. Only a quick static sound and then nothing. Clicking on and off resulted in same static sound but did not complete sound connection.

Did you also check the Audio balance settings in the Sound system preferences on your Mac?
