"Unable to verify message signature" now shows up on all my emails from @me.com, help?

First this morning there was a privateKey request that popped up every time I tried to send an email from this account. emails would not send unless it was dealt with. I finally submitted, added my PW then clicked "always allow" on the privateKey request. Now the emails can send, but the arrive on the receiving end with this alarming note "Unable to verify message signature" (tested by sending from the @me account to another email account of mine). What is wrong, how bad is it, and how do I fix it? Thank you!

It also sounds like if this message is bypassed, others get a message on their end about your email signature. We're glad you reached out.
