I have an Apple Watch series 7 gps and I wanted to go for a run but without taking my phone. Can I still play music and it track my run if I leave my phone at home

Using Apple Watch outside Hello guys! I was wondering if with an apple watch without cellular connectivity I can listen to a spotify playlist saved offline while I'm out running without the Iphone.
