I have recharged money in my Apple ID but still not able to upgrade my Cloud Storage, how to make the payment?

My cloud Subscription stopped working due to some error in payment method, then I decided to recharge my apple account in India so that payments happen automatically, but now I am not able to upgrade again and my apple account recharge is sitting idle. Please share a solution

You should contact Apple Support directly about that, only they can look into your personal settings to find the issue.
