No you don't start with 10.13 which is no longer available. High Sierra 10.13.6 is the only available version.
Open in Safari: macappstores://apps.apple.com/us/app/macos-high-sierra/id1246284741?mt=12
I tried that and it won't let me do it. It says I need to have 10.13 to be able to upgrade to 10.13.6. Is there another way to do it or am I doing it wrong?
thank you
When you copy then paste the above line into Safari does it open the App Store?
It goes to 10.13.6
Yes, as I mentioned 10.13.6 is the only version available. Does it open the App Store and have a Download button?
Yes it works. But I can't install it. Thank you
Why not? What happens when you try?
It downloads and I can open but it won't upgrade the version I have.
The original question from amenkathy was not resolved. I have the same issue! Can anyone help?
Also trying to upgrade from El Capitan to High Sierra. The download from the app store comes up with the following message. "This copy of the Install macOS High Sierra application is damaged, and can‘t be used to install macOS." Can anyone help?
ilt wont let me drag t into the trash!
I have downloaded that, but when I try and install it. A message comes up saying I need to install 10.13 first. I'm on 10.7 atm. I only want to download it from a legit source.
