Why I can’t sign out my Apple ID in my phone?
I’ve just received a mail about someone downloaded application on Mac which is one that I never used.

You'll have to turn off restrictions first if you currently have that enabled.
Go to -> Settings -> Screen Time -> Content & Privacy Restrictions -> and turn it Off.
