Where does the message to agree to bein the recovery contact appear?

When they send the invitation, you see a notification in the Messages app on your device. 

So that person has to check his/her Messages app

Same thing happening to me. I get a text with link, but no prompt to accept. Tried everything, but no request to accept. All my devices are up-to-date with software as well.

• Edit - After about an hour, I went back into the text and clicked the link. A prompt then appeared for me to accept.

I have been asked to be a recovery contact and when I receive the invitation and click the link, there is nowhere to ‘accept’. It is simply a help page with instructions on how to provide the code once you are already a contact. I do not appear as a contact on my wife’s account and my status is listed as not yet accepted. Where do I go to accept?
