Did you try running First Aid on the entire container instead of a volume with Disk Utility:
If that fails move up one to the overall drive, in this case the APPLE SSD…, and try again.
This is more accurate... once I was in Recovery Mode and opened Disk Repair... this is what it looks like... but again... I started at the bottom.. Doug's Mac mini - Data and worked up running disk repair on each of the 3. The only one that shows the error is the bottom one of the three.

Ran First Aid in Recovery Mode..... "First Aid process has failed."
